Sorry, first time poster. I got a call from (855) 623-5293 with an automated recording about getting a refund on expired tech support. When I called the number back, I went straight to a person who instructed me to get an itune or play store gift card and read them the number on the back behind the scratch off. I kept them on the line for a wile, but I needed to go. I hope some of you can bait them longer.

Talked to agent Rebecca and she went through the script with me on 2 calls consecutively. She’s not the brightest one out there I guess. I even used the same words and the same way of baiting her and still she didnt recognize me lol.
