o Some are starting to hang up immediately.
o A few continue to think they’re talking with someone. 
o Started another 30m shot, different recording.

These pricks left a message claiming to be microsoft going out of business and offering a refund on prepaid tech support. Scammers are people too and some can be nice. But remember you catch more bees with honey. Scammers are thieves. Even the ones who are unaware that they work for a scam company are guilty. Ignorance is never an excuse for breaking the law. Educate them when you can and when that fails learn to insult them in their own language.
