Will respond well if you refer to them as “Google Support” or the “Google Helpdesk”. You can use any inane problem to get their interest, lost emails, etc.
The Scam: They will eventually work the conversation into one about how your computer is infected and you need a Firewall which they charge $499 for. They’ll let you “lease it” for 3 hours for $20 during which time they will “fix” your infections. You pay $499 up front in gift cards, then they refund you $479 later.
