I got this email yesterday which claimed to be a windows refund departmet. This is what their emails said:
Dear Sir,
We have tried calling multiple times to no avail.
We would like to inform you that we are going to reimburse your $199.99 which you have paid us for computer software and the services last year through your Visa card ending ***7520 because we are shifting our business to another country Due to COVID-19.
Kindly reply us back when you will be available to speak along with your available phone number.
So that we can go ahead and start the refund process for you ASAP.

I wish these people gets busted as they are taking advantage of people in the worst time ever.
