I called that second number. “Sam Patel” claimed to be a company called Bubble PC support. I checked their website briefly and it looks scammy. Sam surprisingly had a calm demeanor and continued with his script even after I said I knew he was a scammer. Of course he didn’t admit he was, but he did admit he had to follow his script.
