Ida actually gave me her callback number, (316) 766-7448, which is a TextNow number.
I then called the (888) number back, Charlie couldn’t hear me either. Luckily, I had Grace check my ZIP code before claiming an “attempt of hacking” took place within the past 48 hours and that I need to install “temporary securities” through UltraViewer.
