After my first call to this number +1 (888) 276-0154 was answered and the counter on my TextNow call started counting, it took 23 seconds for the IVR robo voice to start speaking.
A guy did answer though after I pressed to speak to someone per the IVR robotic spiel. I think his name was “Ray” if I remember correctly.
So if you call and you get the 20 to 30 seconds of silence after the call has completed, do not be surprised if it takes awhile for the IVR system to start.
