I just called for the first time. Yes, I am on hold listening to the classical guitar music. The piece is called Leyenda, also known as Austurias, and it is by the Spanish composer Albeniz.
Finally “Kevin” answered and I am on call

After my first call to (855) 368-2456 ended with Kevin, I called this same toll-free number for a second time from my same TextMe phone number.
A man answered my second call with only “hello” and I could hear other voices and noise in the background. This man never said his name. I said “hello” and he asked if I could hear him and at that point it stopped being loud on the other end of the call. I said “Yes, I can hear you” and he then asked, “Do you want to speak to a manger?” Haha, I replied, “Sure, if you want me to speak to the manager I will speak to the manager.”
A different guy came onto the line and said “hello” and I replied, “Hello, Manager.” This supposed “manager” never said his name either.
He asked, “What do you want?”
I said, “Don’t be such a bashful bakrichod. Don’t be so shy and timid, you inept criminal. Be a good monkey and beg for money.”
He cursed me angrily and hung up.
