Does it sound like a legit person and the scammers might be using his number?
He must be a scammer, when he said he was really support I mentioned the pop up with his number and he hung up. They are playing a different hold music than normal.
Ok, just making sure. We’ve seen scammer pop-ups before using legit business or personal phone numbers to try and get our website in trouble…
When dialing the number (phone shows message) it now say’s it is being forwarded to another number. The first call made did not do so. Adding this: ‘Jeff’ answered and said he is on to me and the people calling.
