I got hit with this scam today. I was on Amazon and Shaklee just prior to this BS showing up. It ran as a window in Firefox that attempted to block the entire screen including the bottom bar. There was nothing to click on the screen to get it to stop. It also made annoying tones and had a robotic voice advising me not to restart or I would spread the “trojan.” Using task manager I was able to force stop Firefox and that solved the problem.
