So the 314 number itself is legit. Goes to “City of St Louis”. Maybe the scammer spoofed the number?
Yup. And the VOIP I’ve been using as of yesterday will not let me spoof numbers anymore.

I believe so. I talked to them last night and they said the FCC was trying to crack down on spoofing. Won’t stop the scammers. I tried to make multiple accounts, but after the 3rd one the wanted to know why I needed so many. I thought if I’m paying for the damn numbers, give me what I want.
