No, when I then addressed him as Shawn he said his name is John. He first pronounced it as Shawn.
No John, I do not have a Windows operating system.
What do you have?
I have a Linux operating system, so why did I get this message on a webpage that popped up on my browser?
He just put me on hold and said he will speak to a fellow technician about it..

Haha, so this John Harper guy came back onto the phone and said, “Have a nice day.” He then hung up immediately.

Now my repeated calls to these two numbers are being answered but after being answered the criminal on the other line is totally silent or mutters a displeased hello.
So far though it does not seem like my calls to these two numbers are being blocked.
