I first asked if this was the same “David Miller” who claimed to be from the FBI, but he “needed” to hang up due to “bad reception” on my end. He did attempt to call me back on (888) 368-2456 (Intelepeer line), but all his calls were marked as spam and I was unable to call him back.

I called him over and over. He picked up, but would never speak, no matter what I said to him.
