I didn’t initially answer the call from my phone, but I did look it up and give it a ring from FireRTC. All recent reports say they are doing that same cold call about the Windows Key/Microsoft Key and you won’t be able to use your computer if you don’t fix it (they may also cold call about viruses too, I don’t know). First time I called someone picked up and said that they were the “security department” and the second time they said they were windows. Have fun.
