Tech service scam

Hello I will try to make this easy to understand.
I have a business where I help locals with tech issues and received a text Sunday night at 9pm.

Lotta red flags. Didn’t wanna talk on phone, not legit. Indian dude on phone said YES when he picked up and I asked if I was talking to “Tina”

That raises alot of red flags.

  1. no negotiations
  2. asking for personal information to “create a business relationship”

Usually something legit would start with a contract and scope of work. No one will ship you computers because you said yes. It’s too good to be true, do it’s most likely a scam.

I do believe that is a scam. There is no other reason they would want so much irrelevant personal information. It is also incredibly strange how many grammar and spelling mistakes there are, seeing that this is suppose to be from a professional organization. There is also a lack of detail about the business deal. That, and so many other red flags don’t make it worth the risk in my personal opinion.

Fraud. The will send you an advance check more tan your service and instruct you to pay extra funds to xyz. The check will bounce.

I saw this scam on Pleasant Green’s channel.

Send over the number and I can get their scam campaign trashed.
