Seems to be a LogMeIn Scam in which the person you call pretends to be a separate person from the “technician”. You state a name, phone number you are calling from, and e-mail and the “technician” begins “looking into the problem”. Currently negotiating payment.
Seems he doesn’t like when I tell him about my disability that requires I receive bank details from a program that is no longer working.
