No, it’s not. You didn’t realize the [DOT] app part.
And once again, we fail to explain how tech support scams work, so this isn’t the slightest bit helpful for warning victims. Did none of you read NeeP’s post, or do you not care?
A tech support scam impersonates popular companies like Microsoft to claim that you have a virus and need to call a number. However, if you have a computer virus (or really any problem with a computer), you never need to instantly call a phone number, let alone a customer support number of a major business (they have many customers to attend to already, helping a single person with a virus is not something they focus on). You can run an antivirus scan if your PC is not working well, and feel free to consult a local computer repair shop for advice if your computer isn’t working.
