On April 22, 2025, the legendary @JimBrowning11 uploaded a video to his YouTube channel exposing a group of phone thieves based in New Garden Town, Lahore, Pakistan, with assistance from @scam_sandwich.
The group has been identified as a BPO service provider by the name of Tech Harbour Services, and they specifically target British, Canadian and American victims by fraudulently impersonating

How their scam worked was:
- The scammers make fraudulent cold calls under the guise of telecommunications service providers to falsely claim that

- their victims can get a discount on their existing bill.

- their victims need a new SIM Card because it’s not 5g-compatible or that they are merging with another company.
- The scammers will then attempt to collect as much personal information about their victims as possible.
- The scammers will then send an email from their “sales and promotions department” and ask for the victims’ financial details, including debit and credit card numbers.
- The financial details would then be used to order a cell phone that is different from the one the victim ordered and, later, send a money mule to deliver the phone back to the scammers.
- The scammers may also ask for OTPs to reset their victim’s account passwords and purchase phones using their victims’ accounts and payment information.
The scammers currently operate out of 4 Shershah Block, Shershah Block New Garden Town, Lahore, Punjab, 54000, Pakistan.
