They are offering third party help for products. Show me the scam. Catch them lying to you, cheating you, being deceptive, employing deceit. Its perfectly legal for second and third parties to offer support for products. Whats not legal is if they use deceit to do so.

They told me they work for facebook, I cannot currently prove they do or don't. So I asked a lead question. A normal response would have been, give us a call and we will transfer you to a manager. Or, I do not know that, and then they would give me a phone number and an extension. Instead "alex" a commonly used name by tech scammers leaves the conversation.
So, lets prove, they absolutely do not work for facebook. Because if they don't, its open season.
Ask to be transferred to Kevin, he is most helpful.

They changed again back to 888-450-3444, so click one of their listed websites for the current number being used so you have a better chance of getting them on your hook.
