We have had a very successful working relationship with FracTel President Mike Crown, when it comes to shutting down standalone single numbers on their network.
My longtime partner in tracking down and shutting down tens of thousands of call center numbers mostly by brute force technology, spoke about a tactic regarding this apparent out of control problem of illegal robocalling via outsourced overseas call centers utilizing the FracTel network. Rather than report all of the now over 20,000 Health solutions numbers (I have another almost 4000 numbers collated to list tomorrow), we went a route to report only the smallest active robocalling (evidence given) block of them which is an 18 number block in the 719 - Colorado Springs, Colorado area code.
Despite our success in the past, we have not even received a ticket number for the complaint for this massive robocalling operation, which was somewhat expected in regard to this Health solutions operation.
In all complaint correspondence previously, where single numbers were investigated for fraud and subsequently shut down, a positive Google review was requested.
If this latest complaint is not even receipt recognized (now several days later), a scathing negative review seems only fair.
We’ll wait for a few more days, but I don’t hold high hopes of any acknowledgement these numbers are even involved on their network due to the huge profits they would without doubt be reaping from this fraudulent Medicare operation.
I have yet to receive responses from Fractel to most of my legitimate complaints. There is no response regarding the Tax Resolution scam either. On rare occasions when Mike “Clown” and his team responded, it was always along these likes: “These calls were spoofed, and this business is legitimate, report to FTC/FCC”. Legitimate, my ass! Why would scammers and spammers always spoof phone numbers of the same exact businesses? Is there truly some sort of a conspiracy against Fractel or its customers? I don’t think so.
Actually, as surprising as it is, I had the infamous Peerless Network/InfoBip recently respond to my complaint about tax spammers to them. That TRULY was a Christmas miracle in October! I was bewildered when they responded that the perpetrators of Tax Resolution scam were identified on their network and shut down. You know it’s bad when even goons at Peerless are more responsive than Fractel!
By the way, this appears to be an absolutely enormous robocalling operation, and yet Fractel and their mysterious “reseller carrier” seems to refuse to shut them down.
If you can find an attorney willing to take on a class action suit, count me in. Although I don’t think anything will happen if the feds don’t step in.
Oh, it is very possible. I’m in touch with 3 attorneys now who might be able to file the lawsuit. They are still investigating, though. Please feel free to contact some attorneys, too. I previously shared some great ones with you.
505-510-8610 The pre screener (Martha) Identified the business as “The Tax Group.” The scam consultant that came on after cursed me out with every name under the sun before hanging up because he realized I was using a fake name like him.
Such vulgar, obnoxious and aggressive scammers they are. I myself was mocked, ridiculed and cursed out by “Dan”, “Frank”, “Amy” and “Jessica” there. However, according to Fractel’s goons, especially Mikey Crown the “Clown”, it is a legitimate business. Mikey seems to refuse to take them down or hold them accountable. It is a totally legitimate and law-abiding “non-profit organization”, as Mikey said.
That’s ok. I insulted them back ten times worse. I went down all the #s on this post until I got blocked on every one. I know it won’t solve anything but it sure does make me feel better knowing they are being just as annoyed by us as we are by them.
Sorry mate, I was hunting through a huge block of all sorts of refund and tech support toll free numbers early yesterday, when my internet network went down and didn’t come back until just before midnight US eastern time.
Then this site was down with issues until just recently.
If I come across anything I’ll put it up.
I do come across loads of them but there’s been so many other things going on and targeted, I ignored all of these pests.
Struggling along alright
raring to go
I have a big scam I’ve been collecting crap on for years.
for all intents and quality porpoises they have one number
I’ve got 50 toll free numbers for them and plenty of other info on a disgusting scam they’ve been allowed to prosper on by all authorities as usual.
I have hundreds of huge scale fraud operation investigations on the go.
Most of them are known as having one or two numbers.
One of them has 5,400 toll free numbers along with several hundred area code numbers and still counting.
Another large scale fraud has 1700 toll free and almost 1000 area code numbers.
Been calling these money whores all day long today. Sometimes I get a busy signal, but if I redial right away the call will go through. Sometimes they pick up, sometimes it rings a bunch before someone comes on & sometimes they hang up immediately. They try to intimidate you by reading back to you what number you are calling them on ( like that means anything anymore) or by talking over you really nasty. Of course, I never let them get away with either. Apparently they are open until 5:00 pm pacific/ 8:00 pm eastern so have fun with these clowns.
