You bet! Both 628-356-9514 & 986-842-5706 are Fractel numbers, for example! Fractel and its beautiful CEO Mike Crown the “Clown” has their filthy clown hands in every dirty little scam going on. They just seem to love to lease SIP trunks to scamming degenerates! Fractel seems to be the new ONVOY.
If I don’t succumb to exhaustion like I did last night, I’ll have another couple of thousand examples to prove this theory even more correct.

I have other guys I work with taking different routes to the finish line.

Those area code numbers always reference the call back number in the voicemail and don’t connect.
These are all toll free numbers I’ve located these voicemails reference such as the area code robocall in the last number from early this morning

Yes, some do that. I was able to get live agents on some of those, though. Not today, but earlier this week. Very, very obnoxious people and Mikey “Clown” Crown refuses to disconnect them. Go figure!

I’ve come across around 1000 of those numbers and never bother with them as they have never connected, the menu always says to call the toll free number and then goes no further.
They’re everywhere robocalling like shitful carnts (damn spell checker is broken again)

Received phone call from these clowns today, automated illegal call to a DNC lilsted phone. they provided the call back number of 888-241-0041, but no one answers. Scammers.

I agree. All their 1-800 numbers are very actively answering, in my experience. There is a ton of evidence of their illegal robocalls:

However, this is apparently still not enough evidence for some lovely, ethical and reputable carriers allowing these clowns to use their network.

If you have already informed the carrier about the possible illegal activities then I feel this should be mentioned in any complaints.
If a company has knowledge of criminal activities and yet the continue to provide aid, services and/or assistance, then I am hoping it can open the door for at least aiding/abetting, if not more severe. That’s just a hunch although some of the carriers really changed their tunes on my complaining when I stated they were given prior knowledge of the alleged crimes happening, and yet they continued to allow the client to operate thru their networks. Fractel was the only one who didn’t care and continued to deny this was happening via their client(s).
