Tax Resolution Center Scam

Keep it up! You can always call back their other number and see how they like that!

That’s just lovely! Now, they are the “IRS” too

Ask for their secure web portal and see if they want to connect

This is a strange scam. I got connected, I think, to the legitimate, “Practitioner Priority Service” line for the federal government. Guy I got flipped his demeaner really quick when he realized I wasn’t a mark. Call me a “scamming bitch”. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Need to call these guys back tomorrow.

They are very nasty, vicious and vile. What’s worse, these are American scammers scamming and harassing our own people with their dumb robocalls!

They get super mad and abusive when you merely ask for their name or website. Assholes! Logically, if one is not breaking the law, then why are they so upset about someone asking for their organization’s name or website? If someone is providing a good legitimate service which is not illegal, then they should be proud of benefiting the community and should be gladly disclosing their employer’s name.

Additional proof that it is a scam. Impersonating the IRS and its staff is a major Federal crime. The aforementioned service is a professional support line staffed by the IRS employees.

@FrankWest - just looping you in, as well, since you have some great valuable knowledge of tax and debt elimination scammers. Lost of info above. These fools seem to robocall galore!

Right, I think they were actually using a practitioner or partner ID to call in to harvest my data (They had a reasonably good IVR for the whole thing which matches the IVR on the .gov page). During questioning when the IRS staff were asking me questions Tax guy immediately disconnected the call to the “IRS” while calling me a scammer and he knew I was full of shit the entire time.
I did call again today and this guy was far less trusting and wasn’t going to connect me until I gave him a full SSN. for a “soft credit pull”.

As I suspected, these are very shrewd and sophisticated US-based scammers. It makes them far more dangerous than your average dumbfucks from the Philippines or Pakistan. Those are usually mere pawns in the big game of scamming, many of whom are not even aware who’s behind their entire scheme. The US ones we are seeing here are true wolves!

I would ask everyone to help me by reporting these people. Impersonating the IRS is always illegal. Here is how you can report them:

  1. Hotline | U.S. Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration OIG (tigta.gov)

  2. Email: [email protected] and [email protected]

I’ve reported them.

Thank you very much! These assholes appear to have been calling numerous people daily with spoofed and non-spoofed numbers! The callback numbers are always 855-919-1225 and 866-644-0156. Obviously, it’s a well-established operation!

If a man at 855 answered you with a very low voice, I had explained why his voice is so low and he got a little upset.

Do you think there is a possibility that his voice is low due to perhaps performing oral consensual or non-consensual sexual acts on random males with the possibility of contracting various STDs, as a result? I know that it might be an absolutely irrational and wild speculation on my part, but I’ve thought that we cannot eliminate such possibility, can we? Perhaps, more folks should call this man at 855-919-1225 and ask him about it? An intervention to help him, perhaps?

This entire thread must be titled “Horny Tax Partners” for a reason.

Looking at this statistics below, it does not look very good for these poor “Horny Tax Partners” with their raspy and ultra low voices (and God knows what else they’ve got)! I think more people should be calling them, as part of the intervention to help them. We are on the Humanitarian Mission here!
