Just got off the phone with someone else when redialling, couldn’t catch his name but told me he was allegedly some sort of manager - instantly spotted my number was on the DNC, was confused why I was called. Took my email, said he’d get me sent a whole complaints form / fcc packet. Waiting on that to come through.
Told me he’d put me on hold briefly as I asked for the email in real time to ensure it arrives, except it appears he disconnected the call… I don’t think I trust him at all now, although he seemed very respectful… we shall see. Didn’t even confirm how long it’ll take to receive said email.
They also seem to have set an internal “daily limit” on how many times you can call the number, I believe 5 calls. I can’t seem to find a direct link between the number and whoever is behind it.
Guess the carrier??? PEERLESS NETWORK. I think you already have email addresses from the InfoBip attorney and their executives. Make sure to email them and CC the FTC and FCC!

@MehNamesJeff - I think you should still have emails from Brandon Wayman lawyer guy from InfoBip as well as their executives. Make sure to CC FTC and FCC people on it too, since they are under cease and desist notice now.
I just saw this. Should I even call now? By the time you guys get done with them, I usually can’t get through.
Feel free to call them, I will try again later - I haven’t called since yesterday.
And for the record, I have received NO email as promised from them regarding my complaint.
