Gee, I hate these people.
It is on your credit card. Oh, it was your debit card.
If people would ask what the name on the account is or what the bank is or even call their bank they would not be scammed. I just called and asked for Target Customer Support over and over and it drove them nuts.
So that number actually goes to them. I called twice and got the same VM.
Not answering anymore.

Honestly the guy was super cool about it, he was just like “this is the damndest thing” and we were both chuckling about it. I’d say it’s a win-win because he now knows what a refund scam is!
