They still ignore multiple emails and block them. It’s bloody annoying
Never had a reason to email them, so far at least.
I’ve reached out to Talkatone through multiple emails and even received ticket responses for some, but unfortunately, they have consistently ignored my messages. Their disregard for customer concerns seems to have reached an all-time high, as they suggested I contact the FCC after I expressed my frustration. I’ve attempted to communicate with them using various aliases, but Talkatone has blocked each one. It’s quite disheartening to see such behavior from a seemingly simple and affordable app, making it a convenient tool for potential scammers. I report up to 100 scammers a day if every goes correctly without drama. Any Talkatone account has the network mobile code 850 It will appear as Onvoy Spectrum.
talkatone is transparently catering towards scammers. same as sketchy apps such as text+/next+
even if they arent catering directly towards scammers theyre trying to make money off sleasy ads posted on an app directed at people who uh arent going to be worried how sketchy the app is as long as they can be “anonymous”
