I haven’t seen this site documented yet on scammer.info. The scammers are versatile and possibly related to the infamous 24/7 Techies. Investigating this operation took me down an interesting path.
This poor individual lost $67,000 to Sysfix in 2016.
A few complaints were made on the 6773 number in 2018, '19, and '20. These guys have posed as Windows support and the PayPal fraud department.
The 5340 number has appeared on a fake virus popup and in the title of this YouTube video by a certain “Neha Tanna” advertising support for “garmin Map Update”.
Where things start to get interesting is the text in the “Contact” section at the bottom of the webpage: “24/7 Techies helps you to save your time and money by solving your home computer problems online.”
Is Swadesh Softwares an offshoot/predecessor of 24/7 Techies?
They also give this address: “Swadesh Softwares Limited - 37, Baghajatin Path, City Center, Durgapu. District: Burdwan, Zip : 713216”.
Swadesh Softwares has its own website: https://swadeshsoftwares.com/
However, this site gives a slightly different address: “CA-9, Ambedkar Sarani, Urvashi, Phase-II, City Center, Durgapur - 713216, District: Paschim Bardhaman (West Bengal).”
The two locations are only 1 km away from each other. A search for Swadesh Softwares on Google Maps returns the address listed on the Swadesh website, but the first address (from the Sysfix website) seems to be the address of “Guruji Softwares.” The two “companies” must be call centers operated by the same group, given their proximity and similar names.

In conclusion: Sysfix 24 Hrs operates a variety of tech support scams. Sysfix makes a direct reference to 24/7 Techies in its contact section and masquerades as Swadesh Softwares. The listed address for Swadesh Softwares is actually that of Guruji Softwares. Both locations are likely call centers in West Bengal. Please determine if they are still active, and investigate the link to 24/7 Techies.
