The number has been answered several times in the last few minutes. I am harassing them immediately. This one woman just picked up my most recent call just now and answered, “Oh my god, it is you again!”
EDIT:
A guy just answered and said something in a foreign language and then he hung up.
I think he is gonna need to speak English to defraud Americans.
