Unfortunately this bank has had quite a history of violating the TCPA and that is an epidemic with certain financial institutions; including calling wrong numbers and demanding payment.
I'll need to block it in BobRTC. If they are going above and beyond at being violative, like war-dialing whole number spaces and telemarketing, I'm willing to put the number back on.

Normally our screening bot would have noticed the carrier but the registration name for it is a bit off so the bot didn't flag it. Fixed it :-)
