After confirming my information sergeant Harrison said that there was a letter that was hand-delivered on May 21 to my address explaining this situation he informed me I should have turned myself in within 72 hours of the receipt of the notice and because I didn’t that’s why I’m receiving the call.
After apologizing and acknowledging, I didn’t receive any letter. He came back with an alternative option that I could go to a secure bonding kiosk at my local gas station and deposit $5000 to clear my name.
Afterwards, I effectively ratted him out and called it a day
