A massive amount of the scam ads, bot networks, malware distribution networks and many of the scammers use godaddy, and godaddy supplies them directly with domain names.

Please note many of these scam ads have been up for many years now and godaddy does nothing about the ones that are up.
No shit. Ever heard of myphonesupport.com? They use godaddy. We knew about this for a while.
@FLAGRUM#101768 Scammer.info uses Google’s AdSense Program, which is targeted advertising. You probably visited GoDaddy at some point and Google’s AdSense API has probably seen that browser cookie.
Scammer.info has no control over what gets displayed as an ad. If you really don’t like the ads, just install Brave and be on your way.
