Scammer sent me a “time sensitive” letter similar to the one pictured below, informing me that the property’s “home warranty may be expiring or have already expired.” The number is active, and the company does business as “Home Warranty Division.”
When I called the number back, I as asked to press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish before being transferred to an agent from “Superior Home Protection,” a fraudulent home warranty provider that also sells fraudulent vehicle warranties under the identity of “Auto Repair Network.” They are located at 680 Parr Road Building A, Wentzville MO 63385
Both companies are listed on the Better Business Bureau with grades of D- and B- respectively, each with a consumer alert over several complaints of misleading sales tactics, failure to cancel contracts after a consumer has requested cancellation, failure to provide refunds and poor customer service.
