Stupid question,

What program do you guys use to call these scammers , I’m over here calling them with *67 , any other options ??

@Lordofchaos#79796 67 doesn’t work there are threads on here on what apps n services to use to call i. recommend you stop using that 67 since they can still obtain your number

@Lordofchaos#79796 I use Text Now & Skype… Text now is a free app you can download onto your phone and will give you a free number. All calls are free too!

@SaltyBarker#79801 thank you so much

@Rajeshi_Gardner#79814 you’re a life saver thnx brother

@Scambaiter956#79798 thank you truly for the pro advice

DO NOT USE *67 ON A REAL PHONE

When you call 8YY numbers the Tier 1 provider (like your cell phone) will not block the caller ID based on the premise that 8YY numbers are rented by service companies and your number will pull through on many of the carriers who are selling 8YY forwarding services.

If you have been calling scammers with *67 CallerID block this will likely just get you entered into more databases as they scrape the inbound numbers off their phone systems and feed that back into their dialers and to other lead-generators who are looking for hot leads.

If you own your own phone switch you may want to the total opposite of this (encourage scammers to call you) in a technique that's known as a "honeypot", but unless you actually want dialers of scammers to call you, you better not do it from real numbers that you own and answer. I have a few honeypot numbers where I've called scammers on purpose from them, then faked a bad line and cut the line so the scammer believes they were talking to a hot lead and stores/forwards the phone number----it helps me figure out how frequently scammers trade numbers of victims with each other. Since I've done that I've noticed that some lead-generators now call those numbers A LOT trying to get someone to pick up.

i use sometimes textnow and textme apps and also i use X-Lite is nice you can add lots of numbers
