Doesn’t work
I called and got connected to “Jim” with in ID # of 10765. He asked me several questions about my student loan status. He wanted by SSN (I gave him a fake one of course). His direct number is 424-334-5419. Jim said he would put me on a “brief hold.” That was several minutes ago.
I'm not sure what the deal with this place is. They may or may not be a legitimate business. They are definitely based in the USA.

Update: Here's an FAQ from the government about these kinds of companies. It seems like they claim to offer loan forgiveness and/or restructuring, but don't actually help you pay off your loan any faster or forgive any of the outstanding balance. They might even increase your interest rate.
