I confronted them on being a lead generator and asked them what their company really is but the last woman I talked to just laughed while repeating their script over and over again.
But I know now for sure they're located in Irvine. Normally even though they use illegal telemarketing practices these places are usually still incorporated legally. So I've been trying to search telemarketing/lead brokers services on https://secure.cityofirvine.org/websearch/ but no such luck yet.
