“Jane” CLAIMS their website url is www.credit-control.com / Also ask for “Daisy”.

If you ask for the agent you were speaking to before, the new agent will try to connect you. But, the new agent will tell you if they can’t find the person, beware of REALLY fake names to the point their own “scammagues (colleagues)” aren’t sure of who it is your trying to reach. Busy call centre.

After 13 calls they appear to have blocked my VoIP number. When I call I’m now getting “I am sorry, but that’s not a valid extension. Please try again!”. It seems like they didn’t like the music I was playing them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LA7sFbpTKCw. They also don’t seem like it if you give your birthday as 01/01/XXXX
