it worked for me. pressed 1 and 5 at prompts and got transferred to an agent, who described a program where i’d only have to pay a small amount of my student loans, then the rest would be forgiven
i don't believe this even describes any of the existing student loan forgiveness schemes, all of which just forgive your entire balance, if the strict conditions are met.
