This person, known to be Kelly Warr in Olympia WA, claimed to be a high ranking US service member in Ukraine and wanted me to photograph an event for them.
It quickly turned into a refund scam, where they claimed they sent me too much money in a check, you know the rest.
The scam part isn’t what pissed me off about this one, it’s the stolen valor. Fuck those people.
