It all started a job position gave all my sensitive info seemed legit but have a gut feeling this job is to good to be true and now they have open an LLC company under my name and told me to open a business account at Bank of America is this a scam
When at your bank- fill out a wire recall and an Indemnification(Hold Harmless) letter. Your bank should send it immediately.
