Clear phone lines and not too bad on the English. Can’t for the life of them explain why they are using a North Carolina phone number though, given that they apparently are (depending on who you ask) in Texas or Maryland
Only pre-qual I ran into was he wanted my name and full address. Didn't even bother asking for the SSN! I gave him a PO Box number and he seemed happy with that, without any further explanation.
