SSA Scammer - 8324954881

Active scammer. Really pissed off - call him!

@MQ9#131681 will call I hope they are active .

We hit these guys pretty hard. Level 3 number don’t last. Good luck.

Aggressive Ben chods. Salty from the getgo

@MQ9#131681 Spoke with a Mr. Jonathan Carter (note the unusual spelling of his first name) ID# 4928073. Usual script, but only 5 pounds of drugs this time! I used my new found voice change ability, so he was talking with Mrs. Alice, a nice 63 year old lady who works as a waitress and rides a motorcycle! Poor old gal lives alone as her children done grew up and moved out of state, and her husband died on her a few years back. Not much money, less than $3000 between a savings and checking account, and doesn’t even make enough to afford a cell phone. Son of a bitch still wants her to clean out her bank account and fill up some target gift cards, aka a CJA wallet!

Since no cell phone, I got a call back number: 210-998-7373

As soon as I get back from the bank and target, I'll ring him up and give him the bad news :)

At 5:00 PM PDT I talked to Mr. Carter, saying my mom asked me to call him because she doesn’t have a cell phone. He went on and on, bottom line he wants Alice to call him back when she gets home. It’s what, 5:30 AM in Delhi? Keep him awake!

@Otis#131773 at 5:24 he calls me back, asking if my mom “has it with her”. I said yes, just wait for her call because she doesn’t have a cell phone but will call you from her house. I asked “Officer Carter” what this is about, he said he is working on a case and cannot talk to me. So I said bye, just wait for my mom’s call to you.

@MQ9#131681 Final chapter on this one… called him back and told him that I just barely made it to the bank and took out the money. But wouldn’t you know it… they were out of Target gift cards! He told me to go back and get E-bay cards instead. So I said it would be a hassle to get the motorcycle back out, but I would do it and call him back when I got back home.

As luck would have it though, I was mugged on the way into the store and two thugs made off with my purse, all my cash, credit cards, drivers license - everything! Plus, they knocked over my Motorcycle in the process, putting a few dents on it and breaking the turn signal and headlight! I spoke with the police, who dragged out of me the true intent of buying the cards, at which point they contacted the FBI. I unfortunately had to give them his direct phone number, and they were going to start an investigation. He didn't answer the call when I called him back this time, so the above was left in voice mail. I told him I hopped they were wrong about him, but I didn't know what I was going to do now that I'm out my life savings, my purse gone, my motorcycle broken and needing repair... pleaded for him to call back or I would try again later and sobbed as I hung up the phone. Whew. I gotta start recording these things!

@jaymee#131786 Jaymee - your timing couldn’t have been more perfect!

@Otis#131787 I did that once. I got mugged right on the call. My husband is a great mugger. I screamed and yelled and dropped the call. He kept calling but I did not pick up. The next day my “mother” called him from the hospital. He then tried to scam my “mother” because I was in a coma. He wanted her to pull all the money out of my account while I was in the hospital on life support. Yup, these guys are the worst! If you go to scammer.info to my profile and go back to Spring of 2018 there is one I did for two days with a grant scammer. It went on and on and on and was hysterical. Great job, Otis. : )

@Otis#131796 I called him again, I said this is George, Alice’s son. He wants to know what happened. I said she got mugged, lost her money, and has reported this to the police. Who robbed her? I said the bad people who told her to get the money from the bank. I am hoping you, Officer, can help me find those bad people. This guy is despicable! He asked if I can send him $1,000.00. For what, I asked. Mommy didn’t tell me what this business is all about. He said call him back in 5 - 10 minutes, he’s doing some work. (Yeah, sure, in the middle of another scam). He’s using TextNow just as I am. I dunno, maybe I’ll just leave him hanging and not call back. Let’s see if he calls me.

@jaymee#131799 Great job, Jaymee. ; )

@jaymee#131799 OMG, that is too perfect! I called him back just while ago, around 10pm EST maybe, and gave him the major sob story. First though I had to make sure it was him, so I asked for the ‘secret code’ he had given me before. Yup, it was him. Told him the whole story, sobbing the whole time. He wanted me to take a picture of the motorcycle and send it to him?!? Guess he was maybe a bit skeptical at this point. Of course, I had no idea how to do that - I would have to get my camera, take the picture, take the film down to the store to develop it, and then what? He was all bent out of shape that I told the FBI all the information and gave them his number, and then started saying “What do you want me to do about it??? It wasn’t my fault you got robbed!!!”.

Spent the next few minutes sobbing in his ear with hm telling me to get some water and calm down. Finally, I decided to give it a final ending. Rather than expose that he had been scammed, I went on about not having anything left to live for... all my savings were gone, husband dead, motorcycle tore up, no money, identification gone, and now he is telling me that my social security is getting suspended so I doubt I will be getting my monthly check. Told him it was time for granny to pull the plug... I had lived a full life, and hopefully my children will get a few dollars from my life insurance to help them out. With that, I said a final good bye to Mr. Carter as I sobbed and hung up the phone.

I doubt it will phase him at all... but you never know!

13:15 PDT, I couldn’t help it, I had to call Officer Carter to inform him that they found my mommy’s motorcycle, but she is missing. I am afraid that she took her own life, because she was sobbing hysterically and was so distraught the last time I spoke with her. The FBI said her motorcycle is wrecked. Do you have any information that might help in the search for my mom, Officer Carter? No, he said she hasn’t talked to her since our last conversation where he told me to have my mom call him. This man has no soul, but I heard coughing in the background. He said it was his colleague. So I ended our conversation saying I wish you don’t get the Corona virus. (He said he’s in Dallas, TX).

@jaymee#131853 Absolutely perfect!!! As David Letterman once said - this is way more fun than humans should be allowed to have! Thanks Jaymee!

@Otis#131875 I guess I’ll close the chapter on Officer Carter. I’m blocking him how.

Nice working with you, Otis. Thank you. Till the next one…

@jaymee#131878 Yeah, I was thinking about trying to contact him as FBI Special Agent Don Johnson or something like that, regarding the investigation - but he is not answering his phone and letting all calls drop to voice mail, so I guess it’s time to put this one to bed.
