And claims she got threatened with arrest due to her SS# being suspended for suspicious activity. Called back and I can confirm this is an active scammer.

I called and it said that the agents were busy and to press 1 to be placed on their do not call list and 2 to leave a message.
Then when I called back it said that the number was not in service.
