I got ERC center it’s spoofed
Way to go, @drwat! 
I’m on hold now with (915) 800-2143, but now the auto message when their system answered says it is an attempt to collect debt or something to that effect … Then I was on hold … The company is ERC and her name is Lisa. It stands for Enhance Resource Center. It is Accounts Receivable she says. I could not get any more info out of her unless I gave her my name. It must have changed from SSA to some kind of debt collection place.
It could be because some places pay for a phone number for only a certain period of time during a 24-hour day and another place pays for the same phone number for a different period of time during that same 24-hour day.
Is it spoofed?
