The real number for SSA?
Interesting. They told us that they are from the social security administration. They lost the information and social security info for 8,000 Americans due to power outages in California.
They want full name (including middle name) street address, social security number and, for security reasons, mother’s maiden name.
It almost seems like they are trying to get information to set up bank accounts to funnel money from PCH scam victims.
I’ll try to do a longer bait myself and see what I uncover.
