SSA SCAM 8308544318 How sweet! robocaller calls me “Dear citizen”

They login on to my “cashapp” account and IP traces show the scammers are from New Delhi.
Moreover scammer “Alex Cooper” is a Punjabi who speaks broken English. He tells me that a bank named Bank of Baroda" is associated with my name. He immediately corrects and says Bank of America. Bank of Baroda is a well known Indian bank.
I keep calling him “officer Baroda”
My case is transferred to Hindi speaking officer “Ravi Sharma”
"Officer Alex Philip"connects to my "cashapp" and I get these New Delhi IPs:

@Draco#164627 For the last teen days or so, I tell them I have money in cashapp and can be accessed via "my Android cell phone’ In reality it is Android emulator on the Windows PC with Wireshark (on the host PC). My Android emulator (to my advantage) is a poor implementation. Scammers see hardly anything but I get to capture IP (from Wireshark on the Windows PC)
The emulator I use is called BlueStack

@Draco#164637 I love the weakness in Bluestack emulator. Scammers see blank cashapp screen. They try access using Teamviewer, failing that they use Anydesk. I get to see their PC or phone name
Many times I see their real names (mostly the first name)
