@MQ9#85069 Grasshopper is just a retarded carrier. They offered an 8YY deal hoping to get all this business and they wound up getting just about every IRS/SSA scammer taking the deal so they can get 8YY inbound forwarding to appear more legitimate to victims.
@kenzo#85074 Grasshopper also did not do themslves a favor by giving hosted voicemail on their service to scammers. A normal 8YY forwarding company will require you to keep a deposit on balance and you pay for the forwarding and the minutes.
But since they offered that package deal they threw all this shit in hoping for overpayment on underutilized services, and instead they're now getting bills for stuff that they can't go back to their clients to take money to pay.
