So, first they didn’t even wanted to answer my call, when they finally answered I spoke to the guy with really thicc accent for about 6 minutes when he started rambling some bad indian words, madachod included. He started that because I couldn’t find a piece of paper to write down case file number (mb, sorry) to which I just replied: “Subscribe to PewDiePie.” and he hung up. They are still up, but not answering me.
