"What is the driver's license of your class?" - I've been asked the same question, and I have no idea why their script even includes this silly question. Next time I'll say class M as in motorcycle and see what rabbit hole that would take us.

It makes no difference what you say... I've used several odd-ball classes and they don't even flinch. I have used the class "M" and said it was for motorcycles also. I believe I have used class "X", for experimental vehicles, class "Z" for experimental vehicles including flying and underwater vehicles, and others - just make some up - they don't care. I think all they really care about is you being able to drive to go get the gift cards, and asking the DL class seems like an innocent way of finding out. Maybe they think that if you do have a DL, you can actually drive - so perhaps next time I'll give them the DL info, but when they want me to drive somewhere I'll tell them that I can't because my DL is suspended and I'll have to travel using my bicycle (or walk/take the bus/cab/etc....). Lots of twists it could take !
@jaymee#143495 I have told them I have a Z class license. They just keep on with the script so they obviously are just still reading the script. It is the same as what time did you get the call question. Dumb.
@jaymee#143495 I wish, if they are going to scam, they would go back to the IRS one for a change! Have you encountered the one where they call medical professionals as the DEA and threaten their license? Well, after I left LE, I went back to school and became a therapist in cognitive behavioral therapy. We don’t prescribe anything but it is sure fun to get them to do the whole script about my license from the DEA being revoked and after they waste their time, tell them I do not prescribe any drugs. YES YOU DO! Like I said, dumb.
