SSA scam 5034838202

Obscene scammers

Sounded like he was reading off of something as he was speaking to me.

Had a word with "Andrew Beckwith"

Same story: South border of Texas. Asked me if I have ever been to the state of Texas. Gave me a bunch of addresses. Fraud under my social security. As well as drug trafficking and money laundering.

@drwat#149484 Don’t know about obscene, but just plain stupid for sure. First he said he was in Texas (San Antonio). I asked why I called a Portland OR number, and he said that the case was in Texas but he was in Portland. Later on, he said he was in Texas, and the Portland number was forwarded to him. Even later on, he went back to being in Portland! You would think thay could have that figured out before starting, but I guess that is asking too much. And no matter what I said, he would just answer ‘yes’ and continue on as if I hadn’t said anything.

"This recorded conversation will be used in Federal Court as evidence".
"Whoa partner, you mean this is being used as evidence and you didn't read me my rights?".
"Yes. This recording will be used as evidence in the federal court so please be truthful in your answers".
"But, you realize that if you don't read me my rights, this recording is not admissible in court".
"Yes. The Law Enforcement Agency has filed a claim to suspend your SSN immediately".
"Hold on man, aren't you going to read me my rights?".
"Yes, because of suspicious activity under your SSN in the state of Texas".

It went on and on like that - no mater what I said, he would just say "yes" and continue on like it never happened. Said his name was James Fernandez, and I recognized the voice from previous encounters. Same script except he did get creative on the Case #. He started to give it to me, and got out the "D as in David, C as in Charlie". I jumped in and said, "Oh no, not DC7010!". Unfazed, he just continued on "No, DC298824-02-00". I repeated it, but left out the last dash ("-0200") and he got really upset for some reason and said "NO - it is 02 __DASH__ 00". Not sure why that tweaked him, but whatever.

Around the time he started into the Asset Verification form, I was really having fun playing with him, and then the wife came home with dinner, so I cut it short with him... told him that the SSA couldn't suspend a SSN, nor could the FBI, CIA or any other agency, and that my black box gizmo was tracing his VoIP phone line to India. He acted surprised and said that he was back in Texas again. Anyway, I called him out good, and let him know that I absolutely knew he was a scammer - but he kept it up to the end, terminating the conversation with the typical "I'm sending the local law enforcement officers to your door for your arrest, expect them in the next 15 minutes" and then hung up without letting me get in my milk and cookies line <sob>

I got a footage of one of them admitting to scamming uploaded on my instagram. CRAZY! Luckily, I got it recorded right when he admitted it.
