These scams usually run under a family. Act like you are a part of the federal government and try to get money from these individuals. I actually have a negotiation going right now. $500. if you do try to scam the scammers dont use a bank that you use often use one that has no connection; green dot netspend and etc. the pitch is basically attacking the vaunerable parts of their scams is to feed their family. Without the art of scam they cant live a high based life
