@MQ9 I got a real newbie who kept interrupting me, too, and I asked her the same thing. She told me that she was a Christian so I gave her my usual lecture and she said BOO HOO this is my job and the same old crap and that I had no business judging her. She heard nothing I said. Then she told me she was in Texas. I gave up at that point. Again, I tried because I knew she was new at it but there is HO HOPE for these people.
